The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) has fired several employees in the wake of the allegations, which have not been made public. UNRWA was established by the United Nations after the 1948 Arab-Israeli war to provide humanitarian assistance for displaced Palestinians. At least 152 UNRWA staffers have been killed in Gaza since the Israel-Hamas war began, according to the agency. Neither Israel nor UNRWA have specified the nature of the alleged involvement of UNRWA employees in the events of October 7, nor did they specify the number of employees allegedly involved. “A case was compiled by the Intelligence Directorate, incriminating several UNRWA employees for their alleged involvement in the massacre, along with evidence pointing to the use of UNRWA facilities for terrorist purposes,” the IDF statement said.

CNN —It begins on that early Saturday morning, October 7, as Hamas militants pile into the back of white pickup trucks while the sun is still rising, AK-47s slung around their chests. Israeli officials explained they are not releasing the video publicly out of respect for the victims. In another scene from the video, two Hamas militants enter a kibbutz. In the three weeks since the attack, Israel has bombed Gaza constantly from the skies. Israeli officials say the country is targeting Hamas militants and their strategic locations, which officials say are embedded among the civilian population.

Boeing's Starliner spacecraft is seen before docking with the International Space Station on May 20, 2022 during the uncrewed OFT-2 mission. Boeing said Monday it aims to be ready to fly NASA astronauts with its Starliner capsule for the first time by March, resetting its timeline after the company delayed a planned launch this summer. "Based on the current plans, we're anticipating that we're going to be ready with the spacecraft in early March," Boeing VP and Starliner manager Mark Nappi said during a press conference. The company continues to work toward Starliner's crew flight test, which is planned to carry NASA astronauts to the ISS in a final demonstration before beginning regular spaceflights. NASA's Commercial Crew manager Steve Stich said that Starliner is 98% complete in terms of progress toward the agency certifying the spacecraft to carry its astronauts.

Biden’s optimistic speech did not paper over tensions that persist 25 years after the Good Friday Agreement was signed. “It doesn’t change the political dynamic in Northern Ireland,” said Jeffrey Donaldson, leader of the Democratic Unionist Party, which withdrew from the government in dispute of Brexit trade rules. Ahead of the speech, Biden sat for brief talks over coffee with Sunak, though won’t participate in any major public events with him while he’s here. That includes the former leader of the Democratic Unionist Party Arlene Foster, who previously served as the first minister of Northern Ireland. The region along the border with Northern Ireland was where Biden’s great-great-great-grandfather, Owen Finnegan, was born in 1818.
